Super Simple Pulled Pork Sandwiches

It's too easy!

I remember many a summer, spring break, 1st and 4th of July, or sunny day biting down into a warm and juicy pulled pork sandwich. Pull pork sandwiches always make me look forward to summer, warm weather, and outdoor gatherings. I couldn’t wait for the snow to melt and the grill to fire up, and sometimes, when it was cold outside, and someone would say grab a cup of hot cocoa and think of warmer times… I would sneak away to a local char house and grab a pull pork sandwich and remember the warm embrace of summer. Until I had to go outside again, talk about heartbreaking. Never fear, we can still remember summer even when its cold out from the comfort of our own homes, without having to brave the cold. So, if you're snowed in or just sick of the snow here’s the easiest way to get your pulled pork fixed without tracking snow into your house.

Here’s what you’ll need to serve 6 cabin-fevered loved ones:

1 cup roasted pork tenderloin
1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays bar-b-que sauce
1 pack pretzel buns

Place pork into the sauce pot on medium and break into chunks with a cooking spoon add as much bar-b-que sauce as you want! As the pork heats up, mix it with sauce and it will break up even more on its own (unless your meat isn’t that tender then you’ll have to help break it up by stabbing it with the spoon.) Add as much or as little sauce as you like. Once it’s hot and the sauce is all the way cooked place the pulled pork on the bun, top with coleslaw (trust me coleslaw is the best on pulled pork) and enjoy. Easy right?  Hope you have fun this winter and stay warm.

Note: You can get fully cooked pork tenderloin at most stores, but if your store doesn’t have it, or if it has some gravy or spices in it feel free to use the link below to easily make your own.
